Performance of Chargeable Services-Type and Purpose of Processing-For chargeable services, we will request additional data, such as payment methods and billing address, in order to complete your order.

Legal Basis-The processing of data that is required for the fulfilment of contractual obligations is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of GDPR.

Recipient-Where appropriate, the data recipient will be the data processor.

Storage Time-We will store these data in our systems until the mandatory retention periods are expired. In principle, the retention periods are 6 or 10 years and are obligatory for official bookkeeping and tax-related legal purposes.

Mandatory or Required Provision of Data-Your personal data are provided on a voluntary basis. However, we cannot provide access to our offers and services without your provision of personal data.

Type and Purpose of Processing-The data that you provide using our contact form will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. Any information provided will be stored for the processing of your request and possible follow-up inquiries. In the event that you use our contact form to inquire about or request an offer, the data that you have entered in the contact form will be processed for the necessary procedures prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
